Jobs after college

Responsibilities- If i wanted to apply for this job and if i was to actually work as a film director i would be involved and responsible for the creative content of the film, which is an important part of the film. Adding to this you would be creative and high quality products such as films and short films, you would also have to be fast with projects and meet deadlines faster than ever. 

Also one of my biggest responsibilities is to be able to work in a team efficiently and to be able to motivate my team/group.

What could i improve on to help me get this job?
I could improve on my skills on teamwork and working under pressure a little bit better due to me needed these skills to enter a career choice such as this. I feel i would also have too improve on my presentational skills if i wanted to talk in meetings about my ideas and projects.

If i wanted to apply for this job and  if i was to actually work as a Editor i would be involved in many things such as skilled editing, be able to pick up on software easily and be able to connect and communicate with fellow editors and workers to try and share ideas.

My responsibilities and skills i would have to have is to work in a team again, sufficiently.

What could i improve on to help me get this job?

I feel I could improve on my editing a lot more and also, i could improve on my presentational skills, just like the Directing job, me working as a professional editor would mean working with other people and also meeting and talking to other people, so i feel i would have to improve on my presentational skills and how i communicate with people when working.

If i wanted to apply for this job i would be a production manager that would be in charge of many things such as the budgetary, operational, technical and logistical requirements of BT Sport, also i will make sure the production phase is smooth and everybody is working to a correct standardAs well as managing an assigned team of juniors in an office/ studio environment, this role will require management of productions on location  

What could i improve on too help me get this job? I feel if i wanted a job of this calibre i would have to fill my portfolio with numerous jobs that i have done in the past for BT Sport to take me seriously as a production manager, i would need excellent communication skills so I can communicate with other workers, editors, producers etc, and the most important of skills i could improve on is meeting deadlines perfectly.
